Eversheds Sutherland has combined with a Portuguese firm and its associated firms in Angola and Mozambique, the firm has announced.
Eversheds and Lisbon-headquartered FCB have had a long-standing relationship but the Portuguese firm will now operate under the Eversheds brand. The two firms will remain financially independent for the time being, according to the firm’s statement.
