Four African law firms have merged to form a new ‘go-to’ firm for the continent, which will initially focus on North and West Africa.
The four firms – BFR & Associés in Morocco, Bourabiat Associés in Algeria, EMIRE Partners in Côte d’Ivoire, and SD Avocats in Guinea – will join forces to form ADNA, according to Salimatou Diallo, the merged firm’s new managing partner, and former SD Avocats partner.
