Future litigators have lost significant opportunities to develop their skills and hone their craft due to hearings being conducted remotely rather than in person during the pandemic, one of the U.K.’s most senior judges has said.

In a wide-ranging keynote speech ahead of Law.com International’s dispute resolution forum on Wednesday, London High Court judge Mrs Justice Cockerill, who is also head of the Commercial Court, spoke about the variety of critical issues facing the U.K.’s litigation sector.
