Duane Morris has appointed Ho Chi Minh City partner Nguyen Thi Lang as chair of its Vietnam offices.
Nguyen is one of the few female lawyers to lead the practice in Vietnam for an international firm. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial matters, representing foreign investors on M&A, financing, fund formation and other transactions.
