U.K. Top 30 law firms promoted their highest level ever of women for the 2021 annual cohorts, according to analysis by Law.com International.
The milestone comes as partner promotions as a whole remained broadly similar to the COVID-impacted 2020 rounds, still shy of the bumper 2019 cohorts.
