Allen & Overy has parted ways with a Munich-based private equity lawyer, who moves to rival Dechert, in a boost to the latter’s German corporate and securities practice group, the U.S. firm announced Tuesday.
Dominik Stühler leaves A&O after little over three years at the firm, according to A&O’s website.
