Three lawyers from King & Spalding’s Moscow office, including the former managing partner, have found a home at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan & Partners, a Russian firm with Big Law roots that is expanding briskly in the fast-moving Moscow market.
Sergey Komolov, the former managing partner and a corporate, finance and investments specialist, will join as a partner, Rybalkin Gortsunyan announced Monday.
