Clyde & Co has axed 12% of its U.K. secretarial staff as part of a transition to a new operating model, the firm said on Friday.
A total of 29 of the firm’s 235 U.K.-based secretaries have been made redundant, following a consultation that originally commenced in November. Originally the firm put around 40 secretarial roles at risk.
