Baker McKenzie Appoints First Woman As Global M&A Head

Baker McKenzie has appointed London partner Jannan Crozier as its global chair of M&A, marking the first time a woman has held the role at the firm.

She replaces Chicago-based Michael F. DeFranco in the role. He had held the position since 2015 and will stay at the firm as a partner.
