Shearman & Sterling has hired former Herbert Smith Freehills partner David Clinch in Singapore.
Clinch advises on transactions and project developments in the energy and infrastructure sectors across Asia with experiences in oil and gas including liquefied natural gas, power, infrastructure, chemicals and refining. Last year, he advised Japan’s Kansai Electric Power Co. Inc. on forming a power plant joint venture with Indonesia’s PT Medco Energi Internasional.
