Baker McKenzie has restored its newly-qualified (NQ) London lawyer salaries to pre-pandemic levels, in the latest sign of financial recovery within the legal industry.
The firm has returned its London NQ base pay to £90,000, and has paid all NQ bonuses out, a person at the firm confirmed.
