Dentons has recruited a partner from a top Luxembourg firm to lead its corporate practice in the grand duchy, part of a strategy to strengthen the firm’s power in a European hub of private equity activity.
Namik Ramić joins from Elvinger Hoss Prussen, where he practiced for 10 years, rising to partner. His experience includes advising clients on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, structuring and restructuring, and financing and refinancing, according to a statement by Dentons.
