Cooley Adds China Capital Markets Partner From Wilson Sonsini

Cooley has hired a capital markets partner in Beijing from rival Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Ethan Jin is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and New York and advises Chinese issuers on Hong Kong listings and related transactions. Last year, he led the team advising the underwriters on television program producer China Bright Culture Group’s $116 million initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
