Google chief legal officer Kent Walker’s compensation totaled nearly $51 million last year, according to the latest proxy filing from the tech giant’s parent company, Alphabet inc.

Walker, who also serves as senior vice president of global affairs at Google, and as corporate secretary at Alphabet, received more than $50.2 million in stock awards. This is on top of his $655,000 salary. Alphabet revealed its executives’ compensation in an April 23 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
