Norton Rose Fulbright advised Asia-Pacific logistics real estate platform ESR in its $3 billion purchase of Blackstone’s Milestone Logistics Portfolio in Australia’s largest-ever direct property transaction.
Local firm Clayton Utz advised Blackstone, according to a source with knowledge of the deal.
