Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath is expanding the capabilities of its London office to handle international restructuring matters, as the fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic has compelled many jurisdictions to adopt new procedures for restructuring businesses.

Most recently, the firm added Susan Moore, a former Stephenson Harwood partner and head of the finance practice, as a partner in London. Moore’s addition follows an active year of recruitment to the firm’s London office and its global finance and restructuring practice group to provide bankruptcy services to clients with international footprints.
