Three law firms that had represented a pair of former executives at MiMedx Group Inc. filed suit against the biotech company in New York Supreme Court, alleging that it owes the firms millions in unpaid legal fees. The complaint also accuses the company’s general counsel of falsely promising that MiMedx would pay the ex-executives’ legal expenses.
