LVMH Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton has announced leadership changes to its group legal affairs department, elevating two veteran M&A advisors at one of France’s most visible and acquisitive conglomerates.

Caroline Bergeron Plantefève, currently deputy chief legal officer, will become group general counsel, succeeding Bernard Kuhn, who is stepping back after 30 years in the role, according to an announcement by the company.
