Quinn Lures Paul Hastings Asia White Collar Defense Head

Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan has hired Paul Hastings’ Shanghai-based Asia white collar defense head, the firm said in a statement on Monday.

Haiyan Tang

Formerly the Asia head of Paul Hastings’ white-collar defense, investigation and life science practices, Haiyan Tang’s most recent stint at Quinn’s U.S. rival lasted just over nine months, according to her LinkedIn profile, having rejoined the firm in August 2020. She was previously a partner at the firm between 2015-2019.
