Acting on its long-held expansion aspirations in New York, Crowell & Moring is combining with a financial services boutique, Kibbe & Orbe, adding 24 lawyers in three cities.

Kibbe & Orbe’s lawyers in New York, Washington, D.C. and London are expected to join Crowell in a combination expected to close in April. The new Crowell attorneys would include Jennifer Grady, managing partner and chair of the boutique’s executive committee; founding partners Jonathan Kibbe, William Orbe and Michael Mann; and the managing partner of the boutique’s London office, Andrew Martin.
