DLA Piper has hired a Hong Kong partner focusing on capital markets deals.
Arthur Tso joins from Kirkland & Ellis where he was a partner advising Chinese companies on Hong Kong listings. In February, he was part of the team that represented healthcare company Suzhou Basecare Medical Corp. Ltd. on a $233 million initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Last year, he also participated in Kirkland’s representation of Chinese fintech company Lufax Holding Ltd. on a $2.36 billion listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
