Another former paralegal at a U.K. Top 50 law firm has been barred from the industry over dishonesty and misconduct.
Nicholas Martindale, who worked at Irwin Mitchell until October 2019, was found to have acted dishonestly by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, in a decision notice published on Friday. He is the third Big Law junior to be barred in as many months.
