Clifford Chance’s Canary Wharf skyscraper has been a symbol of elite legal institutions ever since the firm moved there at the turn of the millennium. But with its tenancy agreement set to run out in 2028, insiders say the firm is now starting to consider whether it should look to change its London office space.
The firm has been based at 10 Upper Bank Street, a building owned and run by the Canary Wharf Group, since 2003, when it upped sticks and moved out of the City of London.
