Former Kirkland & Ellis partner Dominic Tsun has finally landed himself a new role at Sidley Austin in Hong Kong, four years after resigning from his previous firm.
A well-known capital markets partner in Asia, Tsun joined Kirkland in 2011 from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, where he had been Asia corporate co-head. In early 2017, he resigned from Kirkland and remained out of private practice until now.
