A former partner at U.K. firm Clarke Willmott has been struck off after a tribunal found that he had misled clients over payments.
Greg Saunders, who was a partner at U.K. firm Clarke Willmott for half a decade, was found by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) to have acted dishonestly during several incidents in 2018 and 2019, in a judgment posted on the SDT website.
