Deloitte Legal Hires Longtime Baker McKenzie Amsterdam Partner

Deloitte Legal in Amsterdam has hired a longtime corporate partner from Baker McKenzie, strengthening the Big Four firm’s dealmaking team in an emerging hub of stock trading in Europe.

John Paans specializes in international reorganizations and corporate law transactions. He also advises on corporate governance for private and public companies. He spent more than 21 years at Baker McKenzie in Amsterdam, according to his LinkedIn profile.
