Kier Group General Counsel Steps Down

U.K. construction and infrastructure company Kier Group long-standing general counsel and company secretary has stepped down.

Hugh Raven stepped down from the role in February after over 11 years in the position, the company confirmed. He has been replaced by the company’s deputy company secretary, Phil Higgins.
