A top transactional law firm in Mexico has launched a working group to advise clients on sustainability, as a growing number of investors demand that companies adopt environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) best practices.

The group at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel will be led by partner Yves Hayaux du Tilly, who heads the firm’s London office. The majority of the firm’s 54 lawyers, most based in Mexico City, will take part in the new working group.
