Deutsche Börse, the company in charge of Germany’s benchmark stock index DAX, is naming Bettina Kramer-Braun as general counsel, the company has announced.
Kramer-Braun, 47, currently a member of BP Europe’s supervisory board and vice president of strategic co-operations, is joining the Frankfurt-based company on April 15. She will be the company’s first female GC, a spokesperson said.
