McDermott, Will & Emery corporate partner Fergus Gallagher has left the firm to join U.S. rival Squire Patton Boggs, as part of the outfit’s latest London expansion.
Squire announced on Monday that it has also hired South Africa-headquartered investment firm MHMK Group general counsel Julian Thatcher to join the firm’s London office.
