Kirkland & Ellis has hired capital markets partner Mengyu Lu from Sidley Austin, getting a major boost in Hong Kong listings work.

Lu focuses her practice on advising Chinese companies on Hong Kong listings and related transactions. Specializing in U.S. law advice, she is dual-qualified to practice both Hong Kong and U.S. law.
