Addleshaw Goddard has hired a lawyer from Allen & Overy (A&O) to lead its corporate governance offering in London.
Jaya Gupta joins the firm as a partner from A&O in the U.K., where she spent 20 years. She first joined as a solicitor in 2000 and became a counsel in 2007 before taking up a role as head of the firm’s India desk in the corporate practice in 2016, according to her LinkedIn profile.
