The signing of an agreement at the Gulf Cooperation (GCC) Summit in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia, at the beginning of January paves the way for a new era of prosperity in the Gulf, with international law firms poised to benefit. 

The seminal agreement means that relations between Qatar and the four Arab nations who have since June 2017 boycotted it over alleged terrorism links restore full diplomatic relations.
