Law Society President Set to Appear Before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal

The current president of the Law Society of England and Wales is set to appear before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) following a London High Court ruling on Tuesday.

High Court judges granted an appeal to a SDT decision made in September 2019 to strike out a claim against David Greene in a long-standing dispute with one of his former clients.
