Chicago-based litigation funder Delta Capital Partners has again hired a former law firm executive for its leadership.

Peter Cornell, who served as Clifford Chance’s managing partner from 2001 to 2006, joined Delta Capital as president, the funder announced this week.  It also said it elevated another former law firm leader, Martin Lueck, to chief operating officer.
