Amid an influx of year-end deals, several top U.K. corporate partners say this year’s run up to Christmas is one of the busiest periods of their careers.
Corporate partners at leading transactional firms in the U.K. market have described the intense period of dealmaking since the middle of November as “unprecedented”, with one partner at a top U.S. firm in London saying he had “never seen anything like this”, especially not in the weeks before Christmas.
