Dechert supported former Court of Appeal judge Dame Elizabeth Gloster in carrying out the investigation into the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) regulation and oversight of London Capital & Finance (LCF).
Dame Gloster was appointed to head the investigation in July 2019 following the collapse of LCF, which impacted over 11,000 retail investors who had invested over £237 million.
