Brexit Latest: Noerr Set to Ditch UK LLP Structure

German law firm Noerr is preparing to overhaul its current U.K. LLP partnership structure due to the uncertainty around U.K. limited liability partnerships in the event of a hard Brexit, the firm has announced.

According to the firm’s co-managing partner, Alexander Ritvay, the firm is “getting ready to transfer its business into a partnership under German law before year end”.
