A former partner of Pittsburgh-based K&L Gates filed a complaint against the law firm this week, alleging he was fired after raising concerns about the firm’s allegedly hostile and discriminatory working environment.
K&L Gates, through a spokesman, has fired back, denying the partner’s claims and stating that he was terminated because of “erratic, offensive and improper behavior.”
