Jones Day has released a statement affirming that it is not representing U.S. President Donald Trump or his campaign in litigation challenging the results of the 2020 general election, saying that “media reports to the contrary are false”.
In a statement published on its website on Wednesday, the firm said that it was not involved in any litigation alleging voter fraud or challenging the outcome of the presidential race, which saw Democrat nominee Joe Biden win the race on Saturday to become President-Elect.
