The vast majority of the best U.K. law firms for pro bono have increased their hours for such work over the last year, according to a major study that has ranked Hogan Lovells and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer at the top for the second year running.

Nineteen of the 25 firms that ranked the highest for U.K. pro bono work last year increased their hours in their latest reporting period, the Law.com International research found, while only three reported a decrease.
