Dentons has recommitted to its target to achieve 20% diversity in aggregate across ethnicity, LGBT and disability in its U.K., Ireland and Middle East partnership by 2025, and will also consider setting an ethnicity specific target next year.
The firm has launched an “Accelerating Race Strategy Action Plan” across the arm to “take steps to achieve” the 20% commitment, which was made in 2019, according to a statement on Monday.
