Norton Rose Fulbright’s EMEA arm is putting Brexit and diversity top of its agenda as new regional managing partner Peter Scott settles into the role, having taken up the position six months ago at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe. 

Scott was plunged into crisis mode immediately after being appointed. He announced the range of measures taken by the firm to alleviate the effects of the situation on just his second day in the position, which he described to Law.com International as “not really how you want to start out and introduce yourself in your new role as managing partner”.
