Allen & Overy’s ethnicity pay gap among its partners more than doubled in the last year, the firm announced on Wednesday, as it also revealed its disability pay gap.

A&O’s ethnicity pay gap has more than doubled among its partners to 7.7%, compared to its 2019 figure of 3.8%, according to the firm’s annual pay gap report. The firm has slightly improved its ethnicity pay gap when employees are included in the group, nudging down to 22.4% compared to 23.1% in 2019.
