The bottom half of the U.K.’s 100 largest law firms suffered a poor financial year in which average profit per equity partner and revenue per lawyer both fell, according to Law.com International research.

The ‘Second 50′ table — featuring firms that ranked between 51 and 100 — shows that performance faltered in the 12 months to April despite sustained revenue growth that outstripped the U.K.’s largest firms.
