Allen & Overy has issued summons against a former client in New York state court over unpaid legal fees amounting to nearly $1 million.
The U.K. firm has taken action against digital currency platform Noble Talents and its former CEO John Betts, alleging that the firm failed to pay invoices for services rendered totalling $938,235. Betts denies the claims.
