Allen & Overy is being sued by the owners of London’s former Olympic stadium over its work on a lease agreement involving Premier League football club West Ham United.
The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and E20 Stadium are in a professional negligence and breach of contract dispute with the U.K.-based law firm regarding advice it gave in 2013 when the premises became the home of West Ham Football Club, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
