Fieldfisher Closes Hedge Fund Subsidiary, Integrates Team Into Wider Firm

Fieldfisher is closing its specialist law firm subsidiary, Cummings Fisher, and integrating the firm’s staff and clients into its main business.

The move comes 18 months after Fieldfisher launched the separate hedge fund focused entity, following the acquisition of Mayfair boutique, Cummings Law.
