Mishcon de Reya has hired a partner from Cooley in London, as the firm looks to reinforce its litigation offering after several partner exits.
Mark Deem is set to join Mishcon’s intellectual property group after a five-year stint at the U.S. outfit, according to a Mishcon spokesperson. He joined Cooley as part of the launch team for its London base in 2015, from Edwards Wildman Palmer.
