Allen & Overy is set to lose two practice group heads in Germany, who are to set up their own boutique law firms, a person close to the matter said.
Olaf Otting, the head of the firm’s German public law practice and Ulrich Baumgartner, head of the firm’s Germany-based data protection practice, are slated to leave in October and by the end of the year, respectively, the person said.
